Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

What is an oversized package?

We distinguish between standard packages and oversized packages:

Standard package: Regular products shipped in classic cartons – e.g., adhesive tapes, accessories, or meter goods.
Oversized package: Bulky or particularly long items that exceed standard dimensions. These mainly include our roofing membranes, facade membranes, and vapor barriers – especially in lengths of 25m and 50m.

Due to their size, these products are packed separately and are subject to a special shipping fee.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to track your package at any time.

What happens with larger orders or pallet shipping?

For particularly large orders, delivery is made via freight forwarding. In this case, we will contact you in advance by phone or email to arrange a delivery date.
